There are countless ways to use Spice Fusion spice and curry blends.
Use as a substitute for "curry powder" in any of your favourite recipes. As a general rule, I use 1-2 tablespoons of blend to 500 g of meat, but this obviously depends on the potency of the blend and your own personal taste. Experiment, it's fun!
If a recipe calls for a curry paste, simply add enough water, oil or vinegar to 2-3 tablespoons of the blend to make a thick, smooth paste.
Try sprinkling over chicken, lamb, beef, pork, seafood or vegetables before cooking.
Add to cooked rice or couscous to add flavour and colour.
Add a teaspoon or two to your favourite soups, casseroles and stews, taste, and then adjust to your liking.
